It was a memorable Christmas wind-up party for Ausplow staff last Saturday, especially in the light of the company celebrating 30 years in the industry. Owner and managing director John Ryan AM spoke of the team effort that characterises the Ausplow ethic and reminded staffers of the new Naval Base factory which consolidates Ausplow as a world leader in precision technology for broadacre crop establishment.

“I am very proud of the achievements we have made over the years and the attitude of our staff towards maintaining quality products and engaging with our customers,” he said. “It has been a team effort in achieving the respect Ausplow has in the market as a world-leading Australian manufacturer.

“Our new Naval Base factory is achieving everything we planned for and I can say to the market and our customers to watch out for our new developments because we’re not standing still. “It’s a very exciting time in agriculture and with the increasing focus on world food security we have an important role to play to help farmers increase productivity that is both sustainable and profitable.”
